The school’s MerchUp store is a solution that has allowed Wroclaw Cosmopolitan School to seamlessly fulfill orders for apparel and accessories for students and teachers for years. Thanks to regular cooperation with MerchUp, the entire process, from product selection to production, is fast, efficient and fully customized to the school’s needs.
About the customer
Wroclaw Cosmopolitan School is an establishment that has been using our offer for years. As part of regular cooperation, the school orders clothing and accessories several times a year – on average 3-4 times a year. The whole process is handled by the school’s dedicated merchandise store, which streamlines the whole process.
Customer needs
The school was looking for a solution that would enable convenient and repeatable ordering of clothing by students and teachers – without the need for manual collection of sizes, lists or deposits. Functionality and reliability of the process were key. Our school merchandise store perfectly met these needs and made the job easier.
We always launch the store for about 2 weeks, during which students and teachers can choose the right products and their sizes. Subsequently, based on the orders placed, we order the production of merchandise for the school.
The whole process is very simple!
- The school contacts us to restart the store.
- Students and teachers have about two weeks to place orders at the store – choosing the right products and sizes.
- Once the store is closed, we move on to order production.
- We ship products to designated addresses.
Final design
The school’s merch collection includes baseball caps, kangaroo sweatshirts, polo shirts, P.E. T-shirts and cotton bags. Each product has been personalized with the institution’s logo.
Baseball caps and hoodies featured distinctive sigil embroidery on the chest and a large print on the back.
T-shirts and polos are instead adorned with a minimalist print on the left side, as are bags.
