What should be included in an ideal welcome pack?
Based on our experience and feedback from our team and customers, we have developed a formula by which each welcome pack for new employees should consist of three main elements:
1. equipment necessary for the work
Depending on the position, this could be a laptop, mouse, headphones, phone or access to certain systems. The idea is to be able to work comfortably right away, rather than having to ask for access to something every now and then, as this can add stress and make you uncomfortable.
2. clothing and company gadgets handed out in an aesthetically pleasing form
Nothing builds brand identity like well-designed printed corporate apparel. Personalized apparel, such as sweatshirts with company logos or socks with embroidery, allows you to identify with your team.
