As a Product Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying, analysing and implementing new products that will enhance our offering and attract a wider range of B2B customers for whom we execute merch.

In addition, you will be involved or involved in adding products to the website and organising product shoots.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Market analysis: Monitoring trends, competition and customer preferences to identify new opportunities for product catalogue development.
  • Product research: Conducting market and consumer research to understand the needs and expectations of our customers.
  • Collaborating with the team: Work closely with the production, marketing and sales team to develop product strategies and implement new products.
  • Development of specifications: Create detailed product specifications to guide the production team.
  • Product testing: Organise and conduct product testing, including assessing quality, performance and usage.
  • Adding products to the website: Manage the process of adding new products to our website, including the creation of descriptions, images and product information.
  • Organising product shoots: Planning and coordinating photo shoots, both in-house and with external professionals, to achieve high quality product photography.
  • Conducting product training for teams
  • Participation in industry events
  • Establishing relationships with suppliers

What do we expect?

  • Lead previous product marketing projects.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar position, preferably in the advertising or clothing industry. Experience in product shoots will be an added advantage.
  • Market understanding: Excellent knowledge of the e-commerce market and the ability to analyse trends and customer preferences.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to conduct market research, analyse competition and interpret data to make sound business decisions.
  • Experience in e-commerce product database management and PIM systems is welcome.
