Job Description:

You will be responsible for actively selling MerchUp products and services to HR and marketing professionals. Your main task will be to attract new customers and systematically expand their base in a specific market, adapting the strategy to your language skills.

You will keep abreast of the latest trends in the merchandising industry, providing relevant information to the marketing team and designers. Your goal will be to keep MerchUp’s offerings “up to date” so that they are always attractive to customers. In addition, you will participate in marketing and HR events, engaging in customer relationship building and brand promotion.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition of new customers in the B2B sector
  • Conducting prospecting campaigns
  • Develop quotes and designs with the support of the graphics team
  • Reporting activities in the CRM system
  • Initiate and develop relationships with key decision makers in target companies
  • Proactively work with the sales team to harmonize strategies and effectively communicate the potential leads acquired
  • Use a variety of communication channels to effectively engage potential customers
  • Participation in industry events

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the areas of new B2B customer prospecting, lead generation and sales development
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and ability to navigate complex organizational structures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with particular emphasis on building lasting relationships with customers
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in pursuit of common goals.
  • Results orientation and passion for exceeding goals
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools
  • Knowledge of the English language at the C1 level
  • Knowledge of additional foreign languages is welcome: German, French, Spanish, Ukrainian
