The SGH Polish Students’ Association set out to organize the next edition of the Autostop Challenge, they needed more than just logistics – they wanted unique, consistent and quickly delivered merch for their travel event. The merch was to emphasize the nature of the event and distinguish its participants and organizers during the route. The result of our cooperation was a comprehensive set of gadgets and apparel, created at an express pace!
About the customer
The SGH Polish Students’ Union is one of the most active student organizations in Poland, operating at the Warsaw School of Economics. Their project, Autostop Challenge, is a student activation initiative. With an increasingly well-known event, it was crucial to create professional and recognizable merch for this student event.
Customer needs
The organizers expected a full set of personalized merchandise for the student event for two groups: participants and organizational staff. What mattered was not only the attractive appearance, but also functionality, durability and lead time. The entire order had to be completed in a very short time – from the moment we placed the order we were only three weeks away from the delivery of the finished product. And in the case of personalized products, that’s really not much time – especially clothing!
Final design
In response to the client’s needs, we prepared a wide range of elements that make up complete and consistent merch for the student event:
- 500 T-shirts – orange for staff, purple for participants,
- 500 badges – also in a color division consistent with the shirts,
- 500 purple baggies,
- 500 purple and white lanyards,
- 500 white caps with purple decoration,
- 1000 stickers – 100 pieces each with 10 different slogans that referred to the event.

In addition, we previously made 30 white sweatshirts with for cadre members – each with personalization (name on the back) and a purple logo on the front. These sweatshirts were also an important piece of merchandise for the student event, highlighting the cadre’s role and making them stand out visually.
The entire collection was designed with attention to aesthetics and consistency of visual identity – colors, prints and grouping were carefully considered to facilitate the logistics of the event and emphasize its professional nature. Such merch for a student event is not just gadgets – it’s a communication tool and an atmosphere-building element.
Effects of cooperation
Thanks to efficient organization, flexibility and good communication with the client, it was possible to fully meet the project and time targets. Within three weeks, we created complete, quality and aesthetic merch for the student event, which met all the organizer’s requirements.
Participants received products that were not only practical, but also visually appealing and perfectly suited to the atmosphere of the event. The staff – thanks to distinctive colors and personalization – gained a distinctive identification. Such merch for the student event positively influenced the perception of the entire event and significantly facilitated its organization.
The realization of this project showed that even with limited time, it is possible to deliver high-quality, comprehensive merchandise for a student event that serves both a practical and promotional function. The collaboration with ZSP SGH is an excellent example of how properly designed and executed merch can enhance the image and communication effectiveness of the entire event.
