The kit is in line with eco-friendly values, and its practical form is designed to make the first days in the new work environment easier.
About the customer
STX Next is a technology company with roots in the Python community, also specializing in artificial intelligence solutions. It has been supporting customers around the world for two decades, providing advanced software solutions. At the same time , it pays great attention to the quality of internal processes – including those related to the joining of new people to the organization. It is with the comfort of the first days of work in mind that the company has implemented eco welcome packs – practical welcome kits, designed in conjunction with MerchUp and in line with ESG values.
Customer needs – eco welcome pack
The STX Next team was looking for a partner to comprehensively prepare eco welcome packs – from developing their ideas to production, packaging and delivery. The goal was to create a kit that would make newcomers feel welcome and appreciated from day one.
Final design
STX Next has set its sights on eco welcome packs combining practicality and care for the environment. Each piece of the kit was to be useful from day one and in line with the idea of sustainability. The final eco welcome pack included:
- bag-backpack of local production
- reusable water bottle with filter
- bamboo pen
- pine tree notebook with seeds that can be planted
- desk mat to make work easier
All products were branded with the company’s logo, and then packaged in a kraft carton, consistent with the whole. What’s more, the eco welcome packs contained an additional, unique element – a certificate confirming the planting of a tree in cooperation with posadzimy.pl. So far, 40 trees have already been planted!

Eco welcome packs have gone to new STX Next employees and associates across the European Union. A proper welcome to the team is of paramount importance – the eco welcome pack allows newcomers to feel part of the organization, appreciated and
taken care of.
