Merch for a team can be not only a practical part of everyday attire, but also a way to build commitment and appreciation for employees. This is the approach of Ewesa, which decided to surprise its team and key partners by preparing dedicated apparel for them in cooperation with us.
About the customer
Ewesa is a brand and customer experience agency that decided to prepare personalized merchandise for the team and key clients and partners. The goal was to create high-quality, versatile apparel products that are both practical and striking.
Customer needs
The client was looking for a partner that would offer merch for the team with high quality, comfortable fit, suitable for wearing at work and after hours. As a result, they decided on sweatshirts, longsleeves and T-shirts, clothing that would fit well with the team’s daily style and brand image.
Final design
Together we have created a mini-collection that includes three products:
- Sweatshirts – unbuttoned, with a large, colorful decoration on the back and a smaller sigil on the front left side. The prints were made using the DTF method.
- Longsleeve – a classic black longsleeve with a large DTF print on the front.
- T-shirts – black, unisex, with DTF prints on the front and back.
The products were characterized by high quality workmanship and modern design, ideally suited to the nature of the company.
Effects of cooperation
Merch was prepared for Ewesa team members who work at events, as well as for their client, as a form of souvenir with their new branding. The products went to all employees, and some were also given to key customers and partners.
The feedback from the recipients was very positive – all of them appreciated the quality of the material, the comfortable cut and the careful workmanship.
