It can work to a company&#8217;s advantage in many situations, regardless of industry, company size or location. As this case shows, it can also be the element by which we communicate our values and strengthen the links within the community created, regardless of the industry.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Client&#8217;s needs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It all started with the creation of the H2H community, which stands for Human to Human \u2013 its founder, and the one who stirred up excitement around it, is Marcin Banaszkiewicz. H2H is, in the founder&#8217;s words, &#8220;Sharing one&#8217;s own potential to enhance the development of another person&#8221;. <strong>Behind the idea of H2H are values that are important to every member and every member of this community, and these were to resonate through the unique fangirls in our joint implementation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"2160\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 3840 \/ 2160;\" width=\"3840\" autoplay loop muted src=\"https:\/\/www.merchup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/TATIANA-GALINSKA.mov\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We prepared the realisation in August 2022 \u2013 this is when the first designs were made. In February 2023, we renewed our efforts with another colour of choice!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"final-design\"><\/span>Final design<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The client approached us with specific expectations and an idea. <strong>What he cared most about was the quality of the product and timeliness \u2013 something he did not have to worry about when working with us.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The design vision and colour scheme was clear from the start. <strong>After we guided the customer in choosing the right model and product weight, we handled the order.<\/strong> We selected a 280gr\/m2 drape knitted cotton.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"735\" height=\"490\" src=\"https:\/\/www.merchup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/grafika-h2h-735x490.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3925\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.merchup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/grafika-h2h-735x490.png 735w, https:\/\/www.merchup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/grafika-h2h-300x200.png 300w, https:\/\/www.merchup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/grafika-h2h-768x512.png 768w, https:\/\/www.merchup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/grafika-h2h-122x81.png 122w, https:\/\/www.merchup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/grafika-h2h-100x67.png 100w, https:\/\/www.merchup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/grafika-h2h.png 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 735px) 100vw, 735px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We started by creating two versions of the sweatshirt in our basic palette colours &#8211; white and black. In the next collaboration, a hoodie in a colour from the non-standard palette &#8211; red &#8211; was already available to choose from, which pleased more than a few people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"collaboration-results\"><\/span>Collaboration results<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is definitely not the end!
